Mark Prater
Family Life
Mark Prater serves as an Executive Pastor and currently oversees our Family Life Ministry. He rejoined the Covenant Fellowship staff in 2002. Previously he lead a team of people to plant Providence Church of Pittsburgh in 1996. He has completed graduate course work at the Reformed Presbyterian Seminary in Pittsburgh. Mark and his wife, Jill, have three married daughters. They make their home in West Chester.



Jim Donohue
Evangelism
Jim Donohue serves as an Executive Pastor. He has been on staff since 1996. His primary responsibilities are to direct the church's call to commitment and mission. Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in 1992. He resides in West Chester with his wife, Tricia, their two sons and two daughters.



Marty Machowski
Family Life
Marty Machowski currently serves as one of Covenant Fellowship's Family Life Pastors. He has been on staff since 1988. In addition to caring for married couples, Marty oversees Promise Kingdom, our ministry to children, and COMPASS, our homeschool program, and our Youth ministry. He received a Bachelor of Science in industrial design from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1985. Marty resides in West Chester, with his wife, Lois, and their six children.



Andy Farmer
Family Life
Andy Farmer joined the Covenant Fellowship staff in 1993. He currently oversees the small groups and counseling ministry of the church. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a masters in Biblical counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. Andy is the author of The Rich Single Life. Andy and his wife Jill live in West Chester and have four children, two of whom are married, and one granddaughter.


Brian Vander Weide
Family Life
Brian Vander Weide serves as a Family Life pastor providing care for singles thirty-something-plus and couples in their mid-fifties and older. He’s been on the pastoral team since graduating from the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in 1999. Prior to that, Brian worked in television news including NBC-10 in Philadelphia as a producer and assignments manager. He also has a BS degree in Business Administration. Apart from the time he spends with his wife Jill and their three children, Brian enjoys ‘breaking and fixing’ their home in Glen Mills.



Joseph Stigora
Music and Family Life
Joseph Stigora came on staff in 1999 as the College Age Ministry Intern and his responsibilities have grown. He serves in the Family Life department as well as overseeing the music and leading worship. Joseph graduated from West Chester University in 1996 with a Marketing major and a Creative Writing minor. Joseph currently resides in West Chester with his wife, Wendy, and their four children.



Doug Hayes
Director of Covenant Mercies
Doug Hayes joined the pastoral team in 2001 after graduating from the Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College. The following year, he was commissioned by the pastoral team to launch Covenant Mercies, a separate nonprofit organization established to carry out the church’s mission toward the poor. Doug continues to serve as director of Covenant Mercies to this day. He is a 1990 graduate of Messiah College, and he resides in West Chester with his wife, Rachel, and their three daughters.



Stefan Bomberger
Evangelism
Stefan Bomberger came onto the pastoral team in 2004 after graduating from Drexel University. The following year he attended the Sovereign Grace Ministries' Pastors College and graduated in 2006. He currently serves the church full-time in the areas of evangelism, singles ministry, and financial counseling. He is coauthor of the "Proclaim" course and the "How Good Are You?" tract. Stefan lives in Boothwyn with his wife, Sara, and their daughter.



Rob Flood
Family Life
Rob Flood serves as a pastor in the Family Life ministry where he cares for the married couples and parents of the church. Rob also carries responsibility for many of the creative components within Family Life including the Family Life blog, the website and our Family Life Meetings. Additionally, Rob serves as the Church Planting Development and Research Assistant for Sovereign Grace Ministries, our family of churches. In this role, Rob helps develop resources, tools and processes that facilitate church planting across Sovereign Grace. Rob lives in West Chester with his wife, Gina, and their 5 children.



Joel Shorey
Singles & College Ministry
Joel Shorey joined the Pastoral Team in 2005, and graduated as part of the Pastors College class of '07-'08. He currently serves as the pastor of THRIVE, the singles & college ministry of Covenant Fellowship. Joel was a semester away from Graduating from Washington Bible College, with a Bachelor degree in Pastoral Ministries, when the Lord opened other doors for him to find himself on staff at Covenant Fellowship Church. He resides in West Chester with his wife Ashley and their three children.



Raymond Cournoyer
Administrator
Raymond joined the pastoral team after graduating from the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in 2008. He currently serves in the area of Administration. Raymond served in the United States Air Force in Active and Reserve duty for over twelve years and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. He currently resides in Glen Mills with his wife Barb and their daughter.
